1. What this document covers

This page explains how EduFoxi handles personal data on the informational website lp.edufoxi.com when you browse pages, choose a language, or contact us by email or messenger.

Separate terms apply inside the cloud LMS used by partner schools and companies. Processing of learner, instructor, and staff data in the product is governed by the service agreement signed at onboarding—not by this marketing page.

2. Who is responsible

EduFoxi acts as the data controller for inquiries submitted through the site. Privacy questions: [email protected] or our contact page.

3. Information you may provide voluntarily

No account is required to read public content. Personal data appears only when you reach out, for example:

• name or role in your message signature;
• email address;
• phone number or Telegram handle;
• details of your demo, pricing, or rollout request.

We use this information to reply and continue the conversation. We do not harvest it through hidden forms or resell it to marketing lists.

4. Technical data and cookies

To keep the site working, your browser may store a minimal set of technical cookies and local preferences, including:

• selected interface language;
• session parameters needed for navigation.

To understand traffic and marketing performance on lp.edufoxi.com, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC). The service may set cookies and collect aggregated data about page views, referral sources, device type, and region. IP addresses are anonymized. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.

We do not load third-party ad pixels, external chat widgets with tracking, or embedded profiling iframes. You can limit analytics cookies in your browser settings or with tracker-blocking extensions.

5. Why we process data

Legal bases include your request, our legitimate interest in responding, and—where relevant—steps before entering a platform agreement. We do not sell personal data or share it with data brokers.

6. Payments

The website describes plans but does not collect or store card numbers. Paid subscriptions are processed by licensed payment providers (e.g. Stripe or Lemon Squeezy) under their own policies. We receive only the payment status needed to manage the subscription.

7. Storage and recipients

Infrastructure is hosted with EU-based cloud providers using safeguards aligned with GDPR. Access is limited to authorized staff and contractors bound by confidentiality—to the extent required to operate the site and answer requests.

Data may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect EduFoxi’s rights in disputes.

8. Learners and minors

EduFoxi serves educational organizations. lp.edufoxi.com is not designed for children to sign up on their own. Parents or guardians who believe a child submitted data without consent should email [email protected] so we can remove marketing-site records.

Inside the LMS, partner schools remain responsible for lawful processing of minors’ data.

9. Your rights

Depending on applicable law (including GDPR for EU residents), you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or withdrawal of consent. Email [email protected]—we typically respond within 30 calendar days.

You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Updates and contact

We may revise this policy; the date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email when we have your address.
