EduFoxi Terms of Service
Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to the EduFoxi cloud learning platform and related services (the "Platform", "Services"), including the marketing site lp.edufoxi.com.
Operator: EduFoxi ("we", "us"). By using the Platform you ("User", "you") agree to these Terms. If you act on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. If marketing materials conflict with these Terms, the Terms and any signed organization agreement prevail.
1. The Service
EduFoxi provides SaaS tools for schools and training organizations: courses, classes, homework, journal, schedule, file storage, and optional add-on modules (video, AI, SMM, etc.) as published on pricing.
2. Accounts
- Access is granted to organizations and their users (admins, teachers, students) by invitation or registration.
- You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
- The organization is responsible for actions of its users within assigned roles.
- We may suspend access for violations, security risks, or non-payment.
3. Subscription, billing & AI modules
Core LMS and add-ons are billed as described on the pricing page. AI modules follow the rule: 80% of each enabled AI add-on monthly fee is credited to a shared token pool for course generation, PDF, SMM posts, and assistants. Extra credits are available on request.
4. Acceptable use
You must not break the law, infringe third-party rights, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, spam, or resell the Service without permission. Organizations must lawfully process student data, including minors.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of uploaded materials. You grant EduFoxi a limited license to host and display content solely to provide the Services. You warrant you have the rights to upload materials.
6. EduFoxi intellectual property
The Platform, brand, design, and code belong to EduFoxi or licensors. You receive a non-exclusive license for the subscription term.
7. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance may be announced when possible.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, EduFoxi is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits except for intent or gross negligence. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Termination
Organizations may stop using the Service by ending subscription. We may suspend access for material breaches. Data handling after termination follows contract and applicable data protection law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law at the operator's registered place of business, subject to mandatory consumer and GDPR protections in the EU/EEA.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page. Material changes may be notified by email to active customers.
